Ricardo’s Vehicle Systems Product Group have experience of a wide range of activities in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, military and special vehicles from quick turnaround concept design and demonstrator vehicle build, through to full turn key vehicle programmes into volume production, including short run production and adaptation of specialist and niche vehicles.
All programmes undertaken are recognised as being unique and as such are managed and structured as demanded. Secure and bespoke project offices ensure total confidentiality.

Our Design and Engineering resource are highly motivated and multi-skilled and are able to apply themselves to a wide variety of roles and tasks, acting either individually or as part of a dedicated project team at the client premises or at our well equipped technical centres in the UK and USA.

As a result of working with major vehicle manufacturers, Ricardo has a working knowledge of many new product introduction processes and philosophies and has developed fast track delivery processes to reduce development time to market.
