Digital Marketing Business Partner

Salary: Up to £45:000

As our Digital Marketing and Communications Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimising our digital marketing and communication strategy across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing tools and applications and be able to lead integrated digital strategies from concept to execution.

 

Be comfortable with autonomy, owning projects and delivering quality content in line with guidance and support. You should be able to oversee a range of digital brand and commercial initiatives that helps to reposition Ricardo across all the markets in which it operates.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the development of Ricardo’s digital channel strategy.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database management, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative digital approaches for our digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign delivery and performance.
  • Building and maintaining Ricardo’s brand across multiple social media channels.
  • Creating, executing and monitoring digital marketing budgets.
  • Measuring and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Coordinating with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies.
  • Preparing reports on the performance of digital campaign development.
  • Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencer's to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Address any online concerns or issues in a professional manner, managing the brand’s reputation online.

Technical knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Degree in Marketing/ business or similar.
  • Experience in a similar digital role with an ability to demonstrate a return on investment from activities undertaken.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Experience with SEO / PPC / optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, including effective report writing for both senior stakeholders and peers within the team.
