Ricardo named Engineering Consultancy of the Year at the Engineering and Manufacturing Awards 2023
Ricardo, a global strategic, environmental, and engineering consulting company, has been named Engineering Consultancy of the Year at the 2023 Engineering and Manufacturing Awards. The award recognised the world-class manufacturing and industrialisation capability of Ricardo’s Performance Products business unit.
Hosted by The Engineer magazine, the Engineering and Manufacturing awards (EMA) recognise and reward manufacturing companies that have demonstrated success in innovation, product development and revenue growth in either domestic or overseas markets.
Ricardo was recognised at the award ceremony at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, on Wednesday 13 September for its commitment to innovation and diversification of its services to help its clients to decarbonise their product portfolio.
The company is dedicated to reducing the carbon impact of its manufacturing operations and continues to support its high-performance automotive, motorsport, defence, marine, and aerospace clients with their energy transition programmes using its state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly capability in electrified powertrain components. Ricardo was also recognised for its work in industrialisation consultancy which is helping clients to develop and improve their production processes to improve efficiency and sustainability of their manufacturing activity and supply chains.
