Ricardo offers complete production support for ICE through our world class in-house manufacturing facilities. This includes product industrialisation, facility specification and niche volume assembly. Our services ranging from hand-built prototypes and pilot volumes through to series production, with the option to create flexible semi-automated production lines capable of producing thousands of high-quality products annually.

Ricardo provides advanced engine testing through state-of-the-art facilities, digital tools, and real-world validation. Aligned with global regulations and compliance requirements, our programmes are tailored to meet customer needs. Through virtual testing and remote access, we deliver seamless insight and collaboration—anywhere in the world.

We are future-fuel ready, our facilities enable testing across hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, and other sustainable fuels.

We provide in-service support to customers of our end-to-end and engine assembly solutions, including warranty programmes and  support for aftermarket operations with kitting and spares services.

We also support legacy make-to-print programmes of mechanical engine components, such as timing gears, as well as PDS and MRO services to help extend the serviceable life of fleets.

We provide expert support for the rapid resolution of warranty issues on behalf of global OEMs and tier one suppliers. Our dedicated team delivers flexible, on-demand services across mechanical systems, emissions compliance, electrical and electronic components, and calibration and controls.
