Biography
Devang Singh is an Engagement Manager in Energy Transition with over 12 years of experience across the global energy sector. His expertise spans conventional and renewable power generation, transmission infrastructure and emerging clean fuels such as green hydrogen, ammonia and e-fuels.
Devang has supported market entry, project origination and policy engagement across Asia, the Middle East and North America. He has led the development of large-scale hydrogen and ammonia projects in the US, Oman and India, overseeing feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, regulatory strategy, and commercial negotiations. His work includes identifying offtake opportunities in hard-to-abate sectors like steel, shipping, and cement, as well as developing frameworks for green steel production and domestic hydrogen demand.
He also brings significant experience in transmission planning and digital network optimisation, including multilateral development financing support. He specialises in market analysis, policy advisory and risk mitigation, supporting clients through each phase of the project lifecycle.
