Ella Wingard

Ella is an Air Quality Consultant in the Air Quality & Environment practice at Ricardo. She has contributed to the delivery and technically led on a range of air quality action plans and air quality strategies for local authorities, and she supports policy development across the UK and internationally, including in Mozambique, Angola, Dubai, and Malé. Her work includes data science, policy development, stakeholder engagement, capacity building workshops, pollutant dispersion modelling, and source apportionment.
