Elton leads the execution of clean mobility projects, supports global sales and advance innovation technologies at Ricardo. Elton drives the Ricardo inverter strategy and ensures the business is at the cutting edge to support our customers with their power electronics needs.
Elton has 25 years of experience developing products and managing cross functional teams across a multitude of traditional and clean mobility applications. His professional journey has taken him from Daimler Chrysler (now Stellantis), to Quantum Tech managing automotive hydrogen storage solutions and EV technologies to JLG in the UK developing the next generation Telehandlers, to Mercedes AMG HPP leading the delivery of the AMG hypercar hybrid powertrain, to Ricardo, where for the past four years he has been managing clean tech innovation solutions for our global customers.
