Kishan Patel
Biography
Kishan is a Consultant at Ricardo, specialising in chemical regulatory compliance.
He has practical experience authoring Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and submitting Poison Centre Notifications (PCNs), with a strong working knowledge of the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry, where his academic research focused on organic synthesis - developing a robustness screening method for the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction.
Prior to joining Ricardo, Kishan worked as an Analytical Chemist in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as infrared spectroscopy (IR), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and a range of pharmaceutical testing methods. He brings a solid foundation in both regulatory and laboratory chemistry to support clients across the chemical sector.
