Biography
An experienced software engineer and consultant with expertise in designing, implementing, and testing software for railway signalling systems.
Skilled in software assurance and independent software assessment for both domestic and international projects, Zhong-Hua also possesses a thorough understanding of hazard analysis for safety critical railway systems.
He holds a PhD in control engineering focusing on automation and control theory. Skilled in communication with fluency in Korean, Mandarin, English, and Japanese.
