Procurement Assistant

Salary:  CZK 512,600 to 603,000 per annum

Working as a member of the indirect team to support finance and procurement with day-to-day administrative activities, your role will assist the sites in Shoreham-By-Sea and Leamington-Spa but be based in our Prague Technical Centre.  

Key Responsibilities

  •  Working closely with accounts payable to goods receipt invoices and solve any finance related issues. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to close old purchase orders and ensure invoices are posted correctly.
  • Review new requests for suppliers and add them to the system.
  • Ensure all costs relating to duty/vat are recharged correctly to each Ricardo entity.
  • Monitoring the purchasing inbox to assist with all queries.

Key Competencies and Experience

  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Effective and efficient problem solver. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. 
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Experience of working across finance and procurement preferred.
