Pay gap data 2024/25

As part of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, the UK Government requires organisations with 250 or more employees to report annually on the differences between average and median levels of pay for men and women.

This difference is known as the ‘gender pay gap’. Ricardo has three legal entities in the UK with 250 or more employees:

  • Ricardo UK Ltd.
  • Ricardo-AEA Ltd, trading as Ricardo Energy & Environment (REE).
  • Ricardo Performance Products Ltd
