Biography

Nic is a dedicated advisor with a strong commitment to helping organisations achieve and demonstrate measurable environmental outcomes, focusing on natural capital, carbon, and the circular economy. As a strategic and analytical thinker, Nic excels in connecting big-picture perspectives with detailed, actionable solutions. Her approach ensures that complex economic and social systems are addressed with clear, targeted strategies.

Nic’s experience spans a range of impactful projects and initiatives. She has played a key role in setting up beta testing for an online circular economy marketplace - a joint venture between ASPIRE, PlateArk, and Excess Materials Exchange in the Netherlands. She has also led testing, demonstration, and piloting of new marketplaces for the Victorian Government and the Centre for Market Design at the University of Melbourne. Her work includes reviewing the Federal Government's Agriculture Biodiversity Stewardship Pilots to inform the design of the Nature Repair Market and contributing to the review of Victoria's Wildlife Act and the EPA Inquiry.
