Salary:CZK 69,000 to 88,485 gross per month (DOE)

We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner / People Partner to join our team to maintain and enhance the organization's Human Resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that Ricardo Prague S.R.O. fulfils all legal obligations related to HR both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
- To cover the complete employee life cycle (hiring, on-boarding, off-boarding).
- Help with Recruitment of staff, counselling managers on candidate selection.
- Cooperation with other Ricardo HR departments.
- Creation, implementation and update of HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Czech Labour Code, Ricardo Group policy and applicable EU rules and regulations.
- Provide guidance to both managers and staff on HR issues.
- Accurately maintain employee data using Ricardo's HR systems .
- Assist in the definition and implementation of Group HR programmes.
- Support international assignments and secondments with local country knowledge.
- Participate in salary survey and ensure we have up to date market data.
- Help to organise annual salary reviews and process new salary data.
- Maintain employee benefits program and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
- Represent HR in the Ricardo Prague Employee Forum.
- Act as the contact point for HR queries for the Prague office.
- Coordination with the external Payroll company, MPSV and Czech Authorities.
- Build good relationships with our suppliers.
Key Competencies and Experience
- HR Qualification or previous demonstrable experience in a similar role in Czech Republic.
- Ability to work alone and also as part of a remote team.
- Proficient in MS office applications.
