Ricardo Reflect Reconciliation Action PlanWhat is a Reflect RAP?
A Reflect RAP is the foundational stage of Reconciliation Australia’s RAP framework. It enables organisations to:
- Develop respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- Increase awareness and understanding of First Nations histories, cultures, and perspectives
- Prepare the organisation for meaningful, longer-term reconciliation initiatives
Ricardo’s Reflect RAP outlines the practical steps we are taking to build cultural capability, create inclusive dialogue, and embed reconciliation into our corporate governance and operations.
Our focus areas
Our RAP is structured around four key pillars:
- Relationships – Fostering strong and respectful connections with First Nations peoples, organisations, and communities
- Respect – Building cultural understanding and recognising the enduring contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- Opportunities – Exploring pathways for increased engagement, employment, and collaboration
- Governance – Embedding accountability and transparency through leadership, reporting, and continuous improvement
Why reconciliation matters to us
We believe that reconciliation is a shared responsibility. As part of a global business with a local presence in Australia, we are committed to contributing to a more inclusive and equitable future. Our RAP reflects Ricardo’s values and it aligns with our broader sustainability and social responsibility goals.
