Deadlines extended: Ukraine confirms timeline for UA-REACH and UA-CLP compliance

After a 30-day public consultation, a decision has been made. Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture (MEEA) has officially adopted a resolution extending several key compliance deadlines under the country’s chemical regulatory frameworks, UA-REACH and UA-CLP.

This decision provides industry with additional time to meet registration and notification obligations, reducing immediate compliance pressure while maintaining all existing requirements.

UA-CLP Notification

  • Previous Deadline: 15 November 2025
  • New Deadline:  6 December 2026

UA-REACH Pre-Registration

  • Previous Deadline: 26 January 2026
  • New Deadline: 26 January 2027

  • One additional year for UA-REACH pre-registrations.
  • Significant postponement of full registration deadlines, allowing more time for data gathering and dossier preparation.
