Deadlines extended: Ukraine confirms timeline for UA-REACH and UA-CLP compliance

After a 30-day public consultation, a decision has been made. Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture (MEEA) has officially adopted a resolution extending several key compliance deadlines under the country’s chemical regulatory frameworks, UA-REACH and UA-CLP.
This decision provides industry with additional time to meet registration and notification obligations, reducing immediate compliance pressure while maintaining all existing requirements.
