Natural capital is integral to life on earth. However, the benefits provided by natural capital are under threat, which is being exacerbated by climate change. There is increasing urgency to identify mechanisms that leverage government funding and reward the private sector to enhance and accelerate the maintenance and restoration of natural capital.
Governments are continuing to develop policies and regulatory and incentive mechanisms to achieve this objective. However, identifying appropriate mechanisms is challenging.
In this webinar, we discuss key areas of focus to support government identify, develop and maintain mechanisms to incentivise private sector investment in natural capital.
