Off-the-shelf or bespoke solutions available

Designed to offer lightweight, ready to run solutions, these easy to configure units are provided with aluminium casings and are ideal for direct integration into space constrained environments. They couple with the latest range of motors from the major manufacturers and represent an optimum balance of efficiency and performance with low cost of ownership. We offer them stand alone in series supply or as part of our fully integrated EDU packages.

Parallel Axis Transmission

 

Available to support primary or auxiliary propulsion applications, the ET5-1S Parallel Axis Reduction Drive is a single input – dual output and is designed for flexibility in ratio and configuration of the differential. It is capable of handling up to 500Nm with a maximum input speed of 12,000RPM.

This unit is designed to be highly customisable with a wide range of install orientations, compatible with a range of input motors, available in a choice of ratio options, an optional parking brake, and various options for the lubrication system. These units are ideal for customers requiring a short lead-time for product availability.

The single speed ET4-1S Parallel Axis Reduction Drive is capable of handling up to 400Nm with a maximum input speed of 12,000RPM.

Operating in a vertical orientation, this unit is designed for easy integration into an existing engine compartment. Compatible with a range of input motors and available in a choice of ratio options and lubrication systems, these units are ideal for customers looking to convert existing front wheel drive vehicles for pure electric or hybrid propulsion.

Epicyclic Reduction Drive

The Epicyclic Reduction Drive is capable of handling up to 425Nm with a maximum input speed of 20,000RPM and is designed for flexibility in ratio and motor interface.

This planetary reduction drive unit is suitable for hub mounted applications and systems. It is designed for customers requiring a dual motor solution on each axle and ease of torque vectoring.
